(Price includes 1 hours labour, £10per 15mins or part of thereafter)



All prices include a smoke draw test as standard. Following my visit you will be sent a Chimney Sweeping Report Certificate for your insurance via email or post.

Terms and conditions

Chimney stacks, pots and cowls should be able to withstand a chimney sweeping, if for any reason a pot/cowl breaks or becomes dislodged during this process I cannot take any responsibility.

When you have booked a chimney sweep, I have allocated the time and driven to your property. If no work can be undertaken I will be entitled to charge you to cover missed appointments, time and fuel. (Possible reasons: you have had a fire recently and it is too hot to sweep, inadequate access, incorrect cowl fitted, unsafe etc.) £30
