(Price includes 1 hours labour, £20per 15mins or part of thereafter)


Please note that the soot and any vermin and birds nest debris will be left with the customer for disposal.




All prices are a guide and include a smoke draw test as standard. Following my visit you will be sent a Chimney Sweeping Report Certificate for your insurance via email.

Please do not have a fire 24hrs prior to my visit.


Please remove any ash/debris/other items from the fire grate. I require 6ft x 4ft of space in front of the fireplace, so please move any coffee tables/furniture and items from the hearth.





Terms and conditions

You making a booking is acceptance of the following Terms and conditions.

Chimney stacks, pots and cowls should be able to withstand a chimney sweeping, if for any reason a pot/cowl breaks or becomes dislodged during this process I cannot take any responsibility.

When you have booked a chimney sweep, I have allocated the time and driven to your property. If no work can be undertaken I will be entitled to charge you to cover missed appointments, time and fuel. (Possible reasons: you have had a fire recently and it is too hot to sweep, inadequate access, incorrect cowl fitted, unsafe etc.) £40
